“Paano Ba Talaga Manood Ng Pelikula?”: A Basic Film Appreciation Workshop

   In celebration of the 2013 Kalilangan Festival, the Local Government of General Santos City, Mindanao State University, Cultural Center of the Philippines and in cooperation with SOCSKSARGEN Sociological Society conducted a two day basic film appreciation workshop last February 23 and 25 at the MSU Graduate School-Audio Visual Room. It was attended by students in different colleges and universities here in GenSan. The title of the workshop is called “Paano Ba Talaga Manood Ng Pelikula?” Its goal is to develop the taste of the Filipino audience with regards to film. The workshop also features 11 Filipino films- both full length and short – for film appreciation.
