I participated in Mayor Duterte's Caravan and Grand Rally last April 9, 2016. The latter was conducted in Rizal Park, Koronadal City, South Cotabato. While the former started in Oval Plaza, GenSan going to Koronadal City.
It was my first time to participate in both events - the Caravan and the Grand Rally. The volunteers of Mayor Rudrigo Duterte who participated in the Caravan came from GenSan and neighboring towns. Obviously, they are not paid. Because they believe, or should I say, we believe that Mayor Duterte can bring genuine change in this country.
