SOX Zine Fest now accepts works

SOX Zine Fest is now accepting works for display and sale at this year’s installment of the event!

The event will be held at the City Gymnasium of Tacurong City, Sultan Kudarat from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM on 30 November 2019. 

It is open to all interested participants, regardless of their background. Individuals and groups from SOCCSKSARGEN are prioritized but those from other places, especially from the neighboring areas, are also welcomed.

Participants may choose any form, topic/theme, and language for their works. This year, zines and other types of independent and alternative publications (e.g., self-published books, small press publications, non-print/non-paper works, among others) are accepted.

Participants must confirm their participation on or before 15 November 2019 by sending an email to soxzinefest@gmail.com. The email should contain the cover and brief description of the work and the short bio-note of the participant/s. These details will be used for promotional purposes. A registration fee of ₱50.00 per title will be collected on the event day itself. A copy of each title will also be asked for archives.

A safe and fair environment for all individuals shall be ensured during the conduct of SOX Zine Fest. Reports of violation shall be dealt properly by the organizers.
