SM Pampanga Shooting Incident Video

When I first saw this video, I felt upset and mad. It really says how derange our Police system. If you notice, they just stand there and stare at the two teenage boys lying on the ground. And SM (Pampanga) Management did not respond to this situation. I know they have some kind of Medical Personnel to respond whenever this kind of incident occur.It is really frustrating when the authorities (or should I say the Government) are not properly serving  the public. It is kind of cliché thing to do the "blame the fucked up government thing". So just watch the video and do your thing.
