Rotating Brownout

   The rotating brownout experiencing in some parts of Mindanao continues. The 2-4 hours of rotating brownout makes us irritable. It becomes annoyance to the public. According to reports the power interruptions will persist until 2014 because the reserve requirement cannot be supplied yet. Both sides of this story have been debated longer than finding solutions to this problem. Many conspiracy theories have been flourished lately. And because of this we have a hard time differentiating the fact over fiction. We demand transparency and accountability for this matter. Without thoroughly investigation, this issue will remain vague to us.
